Worship.... the celebration of God and how we declare his worth. It doesn’t just happen! We come with expectation, seeking the LORD [Jer 29.13]; we come with personal preparation, giving the LORD the glory due his Name [Ps 29.1]; we come with participation, involved with songs of praise, prayer, confession and instruction from the Word of God [Mt 18.20]; and we come with anticipation, that we respond in spirit and truth . . . to KNOW, GROW and SERVE the Creator of the universe and the lover of my soul. |
